Some people might think that hybrid stickers are not really useful. After all: If you are thirsty you drink something, right?
That's true but how often are we busy and simply forget to drink. I know that I usually remember to drink something if it's right beside me. But if it's not I keep telling myself: Just let me finish this blogpost or editing this image or ... you know: whatever.
And then at the end of the day you might have a headache and notice: Ugh! Normal - I didn't drink enough.
So I got used to having my planner next to me looking at the tasks I have to do today and then also filling my water bottles - I know it's just a glass I drink but it help especially when I just sit here and get work done 🙂
That's why I thought it might be also helpful for you. Have your planner next to you with the tasks you have to finish today and then fill out the water bottles with each glass you drink. Would you like to join me doing this a whole month?
