Personal Use TOU:

• All of the graphic images created by Doudou's Design may be used for personal use and S4H.
• Any similarity to someone else's work is coincidence and most definitely unintentional.
• No commercial use is allowed. You may not re-sell or offer them as your own creations.
• These graphics may be altered for personal use including changing colors, sizing, cutting, etc.
• You may not alter these images and claim them as your own.

Scrap For Hire (S4H) TERMS

• You MAY use my kits, paper packs and element packs in creating custom flattened image files or printed layouts for your customers.
• Your client MUST NOT receive the layered version of the layout or individual elements.
• You MAY NOT use my quickpages or brag book pages (Scraps to Share) in your Scrap for Hire work. You may not create and reuse quickpages with my products to sell to multiple customers.
• When you post a design I'd love to see your work and leave a comment.
• If you use any of this kit and get published I'll want to make sure I get a copy of the publication.

All rights graphical elements included in the kits are held by their creator. They are protected and for personal use only.

YOU CAN:
- Use all or part of this kit in your personal pages and available online at sites dedicated to digital scrapbooking and / or published in print magazines in connection with the scrap until the credit as the designer of these elements I delivered. This includes any modified item and / or recolor.
- Use elements of my kits for designing your website will be provided a personal website or nothing for sale.
- Modify the elements recolor, resize, or by adding (removing) elements. + For details, see below.

YOU MAY NOT:
- Say that these graphics or amended version of you.
- Submit all or part of the kits as on your websites, groups (type yahoo groups) or magazines (whether online or in print edition)
- Alter the graphic elements such as the artistic integrity of the original work is lost.
- Incorporate the design elements of my kits in any commercial project (design / website template or no-profit project (which will bring you money) unless permission is given to you not by me).

I do not know be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of this product.

This license is not intended for large businesses or re-distributors. A commercial license does not grant you the right to use these products any way you want, submit yourselves to please all commercial licensing rules. Before you purchase a license make sure you read please carefully the terms that you'll agree. Thank you!

YOU CAN:
- Use these products in your photography, scrapbooking and / or design business to the extent listed below:
- Create custom greeting cards, candy wrappers, pages, invitations and other printed materials for your customers if they are finished pieces. This means you can sell items that are printed but you can not sell a CD or download of any kind.
- You can use the products incorporated in your designs to create scrapkits but they can not be resold as you have purchased (ie in their original form). You may not make brushes, decals, or include in a kit for redistribution.
- You can use samples of products created by Lilibule in your portfolios and galleries.
- You can use graphics in your web design projects from the moment that you give credit to its creator's website (Design by Lilibule). All website design should be for family friendly websites only. No indecent websites would not be tolerated.
You must also purchase a license to use any graphics on the eBay pages.
You CAN also give credit to Lilibule (Design of Lilibule) for these pages.
