hi marja,
i don´t think you can run ps actions in photoshop. but usually the designers put a png file in their action (i do and i know the girls at our store do) and so you have an element you can use to brush it up. i guess, yes, it works similar in psp - you should also be able to change colors, etc.Have a great day,
