HI - yes i see I haven't updated my weight ticker for sometime. Oops naughty me. I have problems clicking on my ticker from the resort here and have to get link from a different forum where I also have it. Oh well - shall fix it up soon. Trying to get organised for a holiday - leaving 18th March for 10 days - so much to do but really looking forward to the much needed tropical holiday in Samoa. Cheers

Hi. No weight watchers or anything - Just intuitive eating - if you do a search on the internet you will see lots about it.
It's about getting back to basic's - eat when you are hungry and only eat till you are satisfied and
doing excercise.
