In this tutorial I´m using the kit “PS. I love you” by Mistica Designs.

There is a whole collection available – from many of our designers.

Written Tutorial : Center your elements and backgrounds in Photoshop Elements

Prepare a background and  the elements you want to use. Drag the elements onto the paper.

Photoshop Elements Centering

Click on the move tool, now make sure you marked both your layers, do that by clicking on them both while holding the CTRL ( command) key.

Then click on arrange and click on horizontal centers. ( see pic below), then on vertical centers and your element should be in the center of your page.

Now drag  your next element onto our paper and place it where you like it. Then mark all the layers again and do the above steps once more to have to everything centered.

I have downloaded all my kits into downloads and can open them fine, but can’t open them in elements 6. There are a few in documents and I can open them. Did I do it all wrong? If so, should I move them to folders in documents and if so, how would I do that? I was successful in making a nice little picture last night. I am having trouble understanding your accent(obviously not your fault), but am still learning things about layers and several other things just by watching. Again, thank you so much for all your time spent on these tutorials.
