Hello everyone,

This time I want to show you how you do some colored parts in a black /white photo.

To start open the photo you are going to work with, right click on the layer on the right side, click layer from background, click OK ( see pic.  below)

Right click layer again, duplicated layer ( you can give the new layer a name if you wish)

Now make sure the new layer is marked ( highlighted) , we are going to make our photo black/white now.

Go to Enhance / Convert to black and white ( see pic below)

Choose one of the effects and click OK ( see pic below)

Now you are going to use a brush, choose one from the eraser tool, choose a brush which doesn’t have defined edges for better results.

Click on the magnifier to get a closer look at your picture.

So now you can start erasing over the part in your photo that you want colored ( see pic below), use a larger brush on bigger parts and smaller brushes on the edges.

Choose any part you want the color to come though .. be creative and have fun!
